Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality residential developments and mixed-use projects. Working collaboratively within design teams, you will lead the coordination and production of technical architectural packages, oversee planning applications, and mentor junior staff. Your expertise will contribute to the practice's reputation for careful contextual research and sensitive design across diverse architectural styles.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively in design teams through planning application and detailed design stages
Lead the coordination and production of technical architectural packages
Coordinate planning applications for medium to large-scale residential developments
Oversee and mentor junior staff
Produce 2D and 3D models and technical drawings
Attend and lead client meetings and coordination workshops
Requirements
ARB registration or overseas equivalent
2-5 years of post-qualification experience
Experience working on residential London developments preferred
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and Revit
Knowledge of AutoCAD in addition to Revit is advantageous
